As the founder of The Private Client Team @ Compass, Kevin Sneddon leads a high performance team of luxury real estate brokerage professionals in NYC, Greenwich, the Hamptons - and beyond.

As the founder of The Private Client Network @ Compass, Kevin also leads the industry's premiere network of top luxury real estate brokers in over 70 markets nationwide.  The Private Client Team averages $125MM in annual sales, and the Private Client Network averages $8B in annual sales.  Kevin has sold over $1.5B in luxury real estate, and consistently ranks in the top 0.10% of agents nationwide.

Leveraging his financial services background, Kevin personally concentrates on the higher end of the market, where he's sold a large multitude of $5MM - $40MM properties.  These sales include oceanfront & equestrian estates in the Hamptons, townhouses & penthouses in NYC, all types of estates in Greenwich plus waterfront estates in surrounding areas - such as Darien & Rye.

Kevin's primary market is Greenwich, where he's lived with his family since 2010.  Based upon his individual sales performance, Kevin is honored to have received the following recognition:

During his prior career at American Express, Kevin learned that it’s not just about what you do, but how you do it. Striving to consistently perform at the highest possible level — in every way — is Kevin’s mindset. In addition to his overall business acumen, the leadership skills Kevin gained during his tenure as a corporate business executive served him well in his transition to real estate entrepreneur.

Operating as an investor/developer for several years, Kevin fostered a deep understanding of real estate investment, development, architecture and design. This experience grants him the ability to relate to the perspectives of buyers, sellers, landlords and investors as he utilizes his analytical dexterity to strategically advise clients on how to buy & sell effectively.   Operating his own brokerage for 15 years, Kevin cultivated his formidable broker prowess by closing over $800 million of transactions across every property type. 

Kevin joined Compass in 2018 to align with the best and brightest in the industry.  In less than 10 years, Compass has become the #1 real estate brokerage in the US - and is the future of real estate brokerage.  Like Compass, Kevin believes in doing things differently; leveraging cutting edge technology to elevate the client experience.  By deploying this "high-touch meets high-tech" methodology, Kevin is uniquely positioned to help clients successfully navigate the increasingly complex luxury real estate market.  In the process, Kevin aims to elevate the broker profession - which he hopes will be his legacy.

From humble beginnings, Kevin earned his place in both the corporate business world and the real estate industry though determination, hard work and the ability to seize opportunity. As nobody succeeds alone, Kevin is extremely appreciative of those who’ve helped him along the way – including his teachers, bosses, mentors, colleagues & family members. Kevin completed his graduate studies at St. Johns University and completed his real estate studies at NYU. Kevin is on the board of directors of the Greenwich International Film Festival, and he also supports many other charitable organizations - including the Junior League, the Breast Cancer Alliance and Saving Mothers.  Kevin and his wife DeAnne have two teenage children, who attend the Greenwich Country Day High School.
